This Privacy Policy explains how Nestling Studios LLC ("Nestling Studios," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you play Pocket Flock (the "Game") on Android (and iOS if released later). By playing the Game, you agree to this Policy.
We built Pocket Flock to be enjoyed by a broad audience and we rate it for ages 13 and up. It is not directed to children under 13 (see "Children's Privacy").

a. Account and profile. To save your game and enable social features, we create an account for you with an internal identifier. If you back up or restore your game with Google / Google Play Games, we store a platform account identifier so your account can be restored on a new device; we do not store your email address on our servers. You may choose a display name and pick one of your discovered chickens as an avatar (we do not use photos). Your display name and avatar are visible to players you become friends with.
b. Social features (optional). If you use them, we store your invite/friend code, your friend connections (who you've added and who has added you), gifts you send or receive, and — only if you turn it on (it is off by default) — a "currently online" status shown to your friends. There is no chat or free-text messaging in the Game.
c. Information collected automatically when you play.
d. Purchase information. When you make an in-app purchase, payment is processed by Google (or Apple on any future iOS version), not by us. We receive confirmation of the transaction (for example, the product purchased and a receipt identifier) and store your entitlements (such as "Remove Ads"), but not your payment card number.
We do not knowingly collect precise geolocation, contacts, photos, messages, or microphone/camera data.
We use information to: operate and provide the Game; save and sync your progress; enable friends and gifting; process and validate purchases and restore them; provide customer support; measure and improve gameplay and performance; serve and measure advertising (see Section 5); detect, prevent, and address fraud, cheating, and security issues; and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information with:
The Game is free and supported in part by advertising. We and our partners use your advertising identifier and usage data to deliver and measure ads, including optional rewarded ads and occasional interstitial ads. Our current advertising provider is Google AdMob, and we use Google Analytics for Firebase for analytics. These partners act as independent controllers of the data they collect for advertising; please review Google's policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Your ad choices.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing.
Deleting your account and data. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data in two ways:
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Gifts you already sent that a friend has not yet opened remain in that friend's inbox for them to claim. We may retain limited records where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes. We may need to verify your request.
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Game and for the legitimate and legal purposes described above, then delete or anonymize it. You can request deletion at any time.
Pocket Flock is intended for users 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, contact privacypolicy@nestlingstudios.com and we will delete it.
We and our service providers may process your information in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for these transfers.
All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
With your permission, we send notifications (for example, when your eggs hatch, or when a friend sends a request or gift). You can turn these off in your device settings at any time.
We may update this Policy. We will post the new version with an updated effective date and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice in the Game. Your continued play after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
